LFC provides the following training:
- Children's Ministry workshops to develop Children's workers and leaders.
- All of our mission team volunteers are trained through a Missions Boot Camp.
- We also train those who want to join LFC staff to assist in the organization.

Our Missions Boot Camps are designed to prepare LFC mission teams for the mission field. It is a time of prayer, study, fellowship and for participation in LFC local outreaches. For those who have experienced our bootcamps, we would love to hear your feedback.
